Aria Black Car Service LLC sends text messages about reservations you have booked with us. This page explains how consent is collected, what we send, and how to stop at any time.
How customers opt in
Consent is collected on the final step of our booking form, at book.ariablackcarservice.com/book and in the Aria Black Car mobile app, next to the contact details. The checkbox is never pre-selected, and booking is completed whether or not it is ticked. This is the exact wording shown to the customer:

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms. Consent is not a condition of booking.
The customer enters their mobile number, ticks the box above, and presses “Confirm & pay” to complete the reservation. The box is never pre-selected and the booking completes either way.
What we send
- Reservation confirmations and changes
- Pickup reminders before your scheduled time
- Your assigned chauffeur's name, vehicle, and arrival details
- Operational messages between our dispatch team and our chauffeurs
We never send marketing or promotional texts through this program. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties.
Frequency, cost, and support
Up to 5 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
