How far in advance should I book?
24 hours of notice is sufficient for routine weekday transfers. For Friday afternoons, holiday weekends, and Fashion Week, book 5-7 days ahead — premium SUV and First Class inventory sells out first. Same-day booking is available 24/7, subject to availability.
What is included in the flat rate?
Every flat rate includes tolls, taxes, and standard gratuity, plus a TLC-licensed chauffeur, real-time flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, and 60 minutes of complimentary airport wait time. There are no fuel surcharges, no booking fees, and no surge pricing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Aria tracks every flight in real time, so your chauffeur’s arrival adjusts automatically to the new landing time — no rebooking fee, no penalty, no need to call. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait after landing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed at booking via credit card or corporate account. Corporate clients receive centralized monthly invoicing. The price quoted at booking is the final price.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may be charged 50% of the booking total, and no-shows are charged 100%. Changes to pickup time or destination are free with advance notice.
